FRESHFIELDS graduate recruitment campaign
Magic circle law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer see graduate recruitment as a crucial strategy in keeping competitive. For their annual campaign to reach the most talented candidates, Freshfields wanted to emphasise that they were interested in the whole person, not just their education. To achieve this, I interpreted existing trainees’ and recently promoted associates’ history, interests, and backgrounds as kaleidoscopes that ‘held a mirror’ to their life histories and passions.

Diana’s kaleidoscope portrays her service in the British Army, her connection to Belgium and her joining the Freshfields softball team, a sport she has competed in since high school.
Campaign elements included a microsite, print advertising, as well as a brochure and graphics for graduate fairs. I was responsible for the concept and design of deliverables.
